cORINNE nEWELL

VAN CITY FITNESS is an online fitness and nutrition coaching organization. It is your one-stop shop for all your fitness and nutrition needs.

Corinne Newell is a Health and Wellness Coach (working under the umbrella of Beachbody) and licensed Zumba Instructor. As a child she struggled with self-esteem, yo-yo dieting and body image. She never really considered herself "athletic" and often felt awkward and clumsy. In her mid-20s, during an abusive relationship, she discovered the martial art Taekwondo. It brought her a sense of belonging and accomplishment she hadn't realized was possible; and not only walked away from her relationship, but also achieved a first degree black belt in the World Taekwondo Federation. It was the first time she realized that fitness could actually change her life. In her early 40s and as a mom to 3 small children, she discovered Zumba and once again found fitness changing her life. She has been teaching Zumba since 2011 and now teaches 4 or more classes per week.. In 2009, she did the AMAZING program P90X with her husband John and they had life-changing results! In 2015, she was introduced to Beachbody coaching and has helped many people learn how to overcome fears about fitness, and embrace it as a lifelong companion, rather than a quick fix. 

Corinne and John have 3 wonderful children. They love being able to spend family time outdoors hiking, cycling and enjoying the beauty of the West Coast.

As your Beachbody coach, Corinne will be with you on your journey every step of the way. From choosing your program, to keeping you motivated, to maintaining your goals,, you will never be alone!

What is a

"Virtual Fit Club"?

A Virtual Fit Club is a small, exclusive group committed to getting healthy by participating in a Beachbody workout program. The group is set up in a private Facebook page for the members. Everyone supports and motivates each other to achieve their health and fitness goals by sharing comments, tips, recipes, and results.  It's a team committed to success.

How does it work?

  1. Connect with me on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/vancitycoach/) or email me at vancitycoach@gmail.com and let me know you want to join!

  2. Join our Facebook Challenge Group. Contact me for more details on this. This step is easy. The next steps we will take together using anything from a short email, Facebook or text message or phone call to ensure your success.

  3. Pick a Beachbody program . There are so many to choose from! If you don't know what would work best for you, we can discuss and I can help you choose based on your fitness level and goals. 

  4. Start your workout program and check in daily with the group on Facebook.

  5. Enjoy nutrient-packed Shakeology every day. This is optional! But if you really want to see big changes in your health, I always recommend adding this to your program.

That's it! We will work together to build accountability and you will get TONS of support from this group. 
I firmly believe this is the BEST program on the market for busy people who don't have time to go to the gym, (or don't like to go to the gym!) would like to work with a personal trainer but can't afford it, and who are ready to see REAL RESULTS. You don't need a bunch of fancy equipment (because really, it all just collects dust anyway, right?) and your trainer is right there, ready to go any time you are!
